Terms of Service
Last updated: 13 August 2026
These terms govern your use of this website. They do not govern use of the OCS platform itself, which is provided to customers under a separate written agreement. If you use this website, you accept these terms.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by OCS (Obligations and Compliance Systems), the trading name of شركة أنظمة ضوابط الامتثال التقنية, Commercial Registration number 7053209438. Address: Abdullah Al Taei, Al Rakah Ash Shamaliyah, Al Khobar 34225, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contact: info@ocs.sa.
2. Using this website
You may view, browse, and print pages from this website for your own business use. You may not:
- Use the website in a way that breaches any applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, its administration area, or any connected system.
- Submit false information, or submit another person's personal data to our forms without their knowledge.
- Introduce malicious code, or interfere with the availability or integrity of the website.
- Systematically extract content from the website to build a database or a competing service.
We may suspend or withdraw access to the website at any time, and we may rate limit or block submissions that appear automated or abusive.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including text, design, graphics, and the OCS name and logo — is owned by OCS or licensed to us, and is protected by intellectual property law. Nothing on this website transfers any right in that content to you. You may quote short extracts with clear attribution to OCS; anything further requires our written permission.
4. Waitlist and trial access
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in trial access to the OCS platform. It does not create a contract, does not guarantee that access will be offered, and does not entitle you to any particular start date.
Where we do offer trial access, it runs on these terms:
- The trial lasts one month from the date access is granted.
- Anyone may apply. We do not restrict eligibility by company size, sector, or location.
- No payment details are required, and the trial does not convert automatically into a paid subscription. It simply ends.
- Access stops when the month expires.
- Data you entered during the trial is kept for 14 days after it ends, so that nothing is lost if you decide to continue with us. If you do not continue, it is deleted at the end of those 14 days.
The trial is governed by the separate agreement provided when access is granted, and we may vary or withdraw the offer at any time before it is accepted.
5. Regulatory content is information, not advice
This website describes regulatory frameworks, control counts, and compliance concepts for general information. It is not legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and it does not create an adviser relationship between us. Regulatory requirements change, and how they apply depends on your own circumstances.
You should not act on anything on this website without taking your own professional advice. Nothing here should be read as a promise that using OCS will make any organisation compliant with any framework, or that any regulator will accept a particular approach.
6. Availability and accuracy
We work to keep the website accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error free, or current. We may change or remove content at any time without notice. The website is provided on an “as is” basis, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
7. Links to other sites
Where this website links to a third party site, we do not control that site and are not responsible for its content, its availability, or how it handles your personal data.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, OCS is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill, or data, arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal data collected through this website is described in our Privacy Policy and our PDPL Notice, which form part of these terms.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the date shown above, is the version that applies to your use of the website.
11. Governing law
These terms, and any dispute arising from them, are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom have exclusive jurisdiction.
